Sarah graduated from Missouri State University with her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular biology. She then was accepted into the University of Nebraska Medical Center Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program, from which she graduated in 2014. Sarah started her career in outpatient orthopedics and was swiftly introduced to the need for pelvic floor physical therapy.
After seeing how pelvic floor physical therapy could make a dramatically positive change in people’s lives, she sought out further training through Herman and Wallace. In 2019, she sat for and passed the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification exam through Herman and Wallace.
Sarah is a self described research nerd and is always looking for more scientifically supported resources to help those with pelvic health needs. She understands that often pelvic pain, urge incontinence, stress incontinence, constipation, IBS, and endometriosis, along with other diagnosis, are multifaceted and require a multifaceted approach. Sarah lives in Baldwin City with her husband, kids,fur babies, and hens. She is an avid gardener and loves kayaking, jogging, cooking, and being in nature.
